My taxes say received by turbo tax but unknown for federal and MI. Does that mean TurboTax hasn’t sent them?

Same!!! But filed on the 19th. Filed my brothers on 21st and was accepted 22nd!! Wth is going on

Today is the first day that the IRS will begin processing returns so your status may be updated very soon. See below for more information from the IRS website:

My federal says received today but my Ohio State says status pending/unknown

The IRS began processing returns today, January 27th. You can see the TurboTax FAQ below about pending returns:

You can check the status of your tax refund 24 hours after e-filing or 4 weeks after you mailed in your return. Updates are made daily and usually overnight.

You will need your social security number or ITIN, your exact refund amount and filing status to check the status.

Refunds can be issued in less than 21 days, but there are cases where it can take longer to process.

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. Each state handles its own refunds

Mind went through on the 13th and I GOT THE ACCEPTANCE EMAIL!! yet it said my federal was accepted on 1/29/2020 which at the time had yet to occur! And after my confirmation email of approval its not found by the IRS yet??  you're not giving us any answers here guy

I filed on the 27th and mine still says irs status:unknown. Any current updates on glitches?

The status should update in approximately 24-48 hours but it could be longer until the IRS clears out the January backlog. I filed my taxes on Saturday it is Wednesday and still says IRS unknown. This is the first time this happened to me what is going on
