Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

And that is only for federal refunds if you have the fees deducted. Not state refunds. How do you know the state refund went somewhere else? State goes directly to you. You have to ask the state about it.
Maybe you are seeing your federal refund. if it is less than you were expecting the IRS may have adjusted your return.
It was my state. And somehow, even though I chose direct deposit to my bank, it ended up with credit karma.
I know it wasn't my account because the money had been labeled as deposited and I hadn't received anything.
I just called their 1-800 number and they told me it was put into another bank account that wasnt mine. How would I go about this? :(
