Please see how do I finish a prior-year return that I started in TurboTax Online for more details on what you can do to complete and file your prior year tax return.  You will need to download TurboTax Desktop for 2023 as the online option is only available for 2024 tax returns.

Make sure you are logging in using the same credentials that were used to prepare your 2023 tax return. See this link to verify the accounts you may have under your information.

If it's done you can print it out and mail it now without using the Desktop program.  Did you pay the Turbo Tax fees that  year?  You must have not gone though all the steps to file it.  Did you go to the end and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?  If you efiled it may have rejected.   When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2024 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2024. I had to go though about 12 screens.
