I filed my taxes in January but have received no return. The IRS website states that my return was deposited in February but that is not true. I carefully reviewed my bank statements and called my bank to confirm and I in fact never received it.
Consequently, I filed Form 3911 in April but have received no response from the IRS. I've used TurboTax for years and have never encountered any issues.
TurboTax knows It's impossible to contact the IRS as an individual unlike a professional accountant who always finds solutions directly with the IRS.
I'm highly disappointed and will not use TurboTax ever again.

TurboTax cannot contact the IRS on your behalf. TurboTax simply provided the software for your do-it-yourself tax return. Once you file that tax return, TurboTax receives no information at all.
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? If you did , then you can check with the third party bank that handles refund processing to see if something went astray.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com
