I filed and got accepted on 1/29. The IRS website has not updated for a week, but I was told by a Turbo Tax representative that It got accepted and was pending to get into my account, but I have no proof of that information in any capacity, can someone help me understand what's happening please!

Go by the IRS refund lookup tool. That tool updates every day. See the 3 stages I provided below.
"IRS website has not updated for a week" is not enough information. Has not updated from what??? What do you see at the IRS "Where's My Refund" website?
https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund
Is your return showing up in that tool and is still processing, or has the IRS approved and sent the refund and provided an expected deposit date? It seems awfully quick for a refund if that's the case.
"Where's My Refund" website tool goes through 3 stages:
Most returns are processed and refunds sent within 21 days after acceptance, but this time of year can be an exception. If your return has any credits for EIC or ACTC the IRS cannot legally release refunds until after February 15 (due to the PATH Act.) As a result, filers who have those types of credits in their returns may not see Federal refunds until late February or early March.
It hasn't changed at all in a week, it is stuck on saying "Refund Received" but according to TT, it got accepted and is pending to be deposited. I dont see any dates or anything in any place, and there is no transcript for it either. I feel like I gave clear and proper information for someone to assist in my last post, maybe you just didn't understand
Also, the tool has made no updates in a week, i made that clear

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund/track-state-refund/L3jgO8PGs_...
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
So then why the **bleep** did I pay TT to put it into my bank account early? How can Turbo Tax be useless after I pay almost 200 to use their service? That makes 0 sense, and again the tool on the IRS website has not updated for over a week. I've seen people get there funds as early as the 5th and they filed at the same time as me. I know that I didn't have any errors, so im still confused
"5 days early" means you are supposed to receive your refund from one to five days sooner than the refund date shown on the IRS refund site. If it does not meet that "at least one day sooner" date, they are supposed to refund the $35 fee.
You have to pay attention to the date on the IRS refund site.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
Okay, so the IRS hasn't updated at all in the last week, are you not understanding that?
@raeledwards We understand that completely. Do you understand that only the IRS is in control and that TurboTax cannot speed them up for you?
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
Why am I paying for your product, if you have absolutely no control over anything? Why am I getting conflicting information from each rep? Maybe I shouldn't use your product at all.
@raeledwards TurboTax provided the software for you to prepare a "do it yourself" tax return instead of sitting down with paper forms, a calculator and an instruction book that has more than 100 pages. TurboTax is not a governmental agency. TurboTax does not control the IRS---which is a federal agency. Once you file your tax return and the IRS accepts it for processing, TurboTax is "done" and the IRS is in control.
Whatever then. Just wont use it again. Why would I pay for a service where the reps give conflicting information, and then have a section where I can "track my return" that is incorrect and is meaningless. You got it "champ"
You have not mentioned whether you are getting earned income credit or the additional child tax credit as part of your refund. If you have amounts on lines 27 or 28 of your Form 1040, the IRS has to hold your refund longer.
No dependents and no earned income credit so..... idk man
