I filed in April for 2019 as I seen other people get theirs I realized something I'm not. So I called and then after 2 1/2 hours over the phone they said it copy need to be fax before I would get processed. Should turbo tax be trying to get money and charge my bank for the service that was uncompleted for all the 175$$ before I even got the return back and also slack to delay the process of finding the issues and resolving them in a timely manner. I would Luke to know how is that even a service. Please try and be aware that is 4 months and still nothing I need to copy and send mail it fax to IRS but don't have an fax machine or stamps. But for the price it should have Been including and following up upon the return for delays or hold ups.

I have never heard of the IRS asking for a copy of the efiled return ... are you sure you were talking to the real IRS and not some scammers? Did the IRS mail you a notice for identity verification ? Did you successfully efile the return ? If so then TT has done the job you paid for and they cannot send anything more now. If the IRS wants something else you will need to figure out how to make it happen. Faxing can be done at several stores like Office depot or UPS ... check in your town if you don't have a family member or friend who can help you out.
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
Due to the pandemic and the stimulus payments being handled by the IRS, the IRS has delayed the processing of many tax returns.

Once the IRS reopens their phone lines and the IRS employees are back on the job, then use this procedure to inquire about your federal tax refund -
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Sorry. You have some unrealistic expectations of what TurboTax can do. TurboTax provided the software for your self-prepared tax return. TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS (or your state) after you file your tax return. TurboTax cannot legally act on your behalf with the IRS. If the IRS requested information from you in order to process your return, it is up to you to provide that information. If the IRS wants you to fax something then you need to find out where you can do that locally. Perhaps a friend or relative has a fax machine. Or you can go to various businesses that have fax machines that you can use for a small fee--like Staples, Office Depot, a UPS place, etc. Or if the IRS will let you mail the requested information, then you have to put it an envelope, put stamps on the envelope and put it in a mailbox. TurboTax cannot do any of that for you.
