I was told by the irs over the phone i was to fax or snail mail the tax return copy to get varified for the return to be processed. Is that a part turbo tax premier duty to be sure the right proper document be delivered to get a ready delivered return

I filed in April for 2019 as I seen other people get theirs I realized something I'm not. So I called and then after 2 1/2 hours over the phone they said it copy need to be fax before I would get processed. Should turbo tax be trying to get money and charge my bank for the service that was uncompleted for all the 175$$ before I even got the return back and also slack to delay the process of finding the issues and resolving them in a timely manner. I would Luke to know how is that even a service. Please try and be aware that is 4 months and still nothing I need to copy and send mail it fax to IRS but don't have an fax machine or stamps. But for the price it should have Been including and following up upon the return for delays or hold ups.
