I received an envelope in the mail from Intuit payments. Inc. is this my refund check

So who would I even go to with this cause it's and TurboTax are just spinning me in circles 😭

It seems some checks are not being cashed by certain financial institutions because they exceed the limits in place by that particular company.  In some situations, these checks are being referred to as fraudulent; however, they are not.  Make sure the name on your check matches the name on your bank account. Try to go to your local bank to open an account so you can deposit the check.  Some banks will allow you to open an account but will retain a small portion of the deposit until the check clears.  Another option is to find a bank that can cash large checks without any restrictions.

So how did you end up cashing check?

I'm going to try again since the "president" of Intuit sent me an email and number for the bank to call to help get it verified and cashed hopefully

Hi everyone you can use your 1040 form to verify the check also you can call turbo tax I was told by them to call to verify because it’s their account . The form needs to be printed and don’t sign the check until you go in I’m in Ohio idk if it’s different in other states . I went to PSL cash n checks

I received a paper check from intuit, deposited check into my CHASE bank account on 3/02, hold was placed till 3/12. When a check is returned it’s usually very quickly (I work in banking as well so pretty familiar with process) check still reflects in my account as of this morning, so hopeful everything is fine. However intuit needs to either create a process for check verification or make it easier to work with their third party partners to make things easier for verification.

I got a call from “turbo tax “ saying the same thing and I will receive a email and a phone number so I am able to verify the check on Thursday ! Did the number work you and did they actually verify it ?

It did for me....was verified last.... Wednesday just sad PNC didn't gimme a call to notify me I just got a random email saying your check has been cashed and at first I'm like the f you mean but then something said check your account and it's just sitting there ...no notification or anything

No, my check still will not clear so I’ll wait till tomorrow or Friday
