You cannot file an extension for tax year 2020.
You can file a 2020 tax return but you will have to purchase and download one of the 2020 desktop editions. The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2021.
To complete and file a 2020 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2020 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
The 2020 extension is immaterial at this late date so having a copy of it really doesn't matter. Why do you need it ?
I purchased the 2020 tax software and cannot figure out how to access the 2020 return. I already installed the additional software I purchased. If I login to turbo tax I only see 2021.

If you used the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2020 -
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download .tax file
After you download the .tax file, start the TurboTax 2020 software. With the software stared click on File in the upper left of the desktop program screen. Click on Open tax return. Browse to the location where you downloaded the 2020 tax file. The file will have a file extension of .tax2020
And After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return is to update the program and install any state programs you had. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - New)
Then you just OPEN the .tax2020 file, go up to File-Open. You don't import or transfer it.
