Yes, you can go back through your state return to enter the information about your CRP.
Sign into TurboTax > My TurboTax > Tax Timeline > Some thing you can do > Add a State (allows you to get back into your return post file)
Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) is at the very end of the state return, after the questions about penalties, extensions, etc. Look for a page titled "Other Forms You May Need". Check the first box, Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR). (screenshot attached) That will take you through the section for the renter's credit.
You can then print the M1PR by going to My Account > Print Center.

I had first done it as an amendment. I have deleted the form for amendment but you guys still think I'm doing an amended return and I can't get out of it! UGH! I need to file my CRP!
If you want to cancel the amended return, you will need to follow the instructions here.
Help me
I have 7 years worth of rental crp but I know I could only do 2019-2020
Did you use TurboTax to prepare your 2019 and 2020 federal and state tax returns? You cannot use TurboTax for just the rent forms. If you used TT for 2019 and 2020's tax returns then you should have prepared the rent forms when you prepared your state tax returns. I am assuming you are asking about MN----or are you asking about some other state?
For 2019

If you mean MN:

To check the status of the rent credit in MN

To obtain the refund, the taxpayer must have a CRP, Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP), for each rental unit lived in during the year. The taxpayer's landlord is required to deliver a completed CRP to the taxpayer no later than January 31st of each year.
You will need the CRP to determine your refund, if any, and you must include what is called a Form M1PR with the CRP when it is filed. These forms have to be printed and mailed in to:
Minnesota Property Tax Refund
St. Paul, MN 55145-0020
TurboTax will prepare the Form M1PR for you to print. Towards the end of the step-by-step interview for Minnesota you will reach the Other Forms You May Need screen. To have the M1PR prepared and made available for printing, make sure you check the Property Tax Refund (Form M1PR) check box on the Other Forms You May Need screen, then follow the prompts through the end of the interview.
I needed to file my renters Mpr1 for 2019 and 2020 I filled through Turbo Tax on 2019 but not 2020
@Enriquesanchez4 If you did not file a federal and state return using TurboTax for 2020 you are not going to be able to file just the 2020 renters credit using TurboTax. That had to be done as part of preparing a 2020 state return AFTER you prepared a 2020 federal return. Not even sure if it is too late for you to get it for 2019, but if you prepared 2019 using TurboTax you can try-----but you cannot use online software now. You have to download the CD/download for 2019 to prepare any sort of 2019 forms. You might be better off just getting the forms from the state website and filling them out by hand to mail. Even if you prepare them using TurboTax you can only mail them---they cannot be e-filed. Please read the more complete information about MN rent credit above your own post in this thread.
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
They are available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday.
