Where are you seeing that? Did you prepare and e-file a 2023 tax return?
What does it say in your account? Does it show that the return was accepted? Or does it say something else---like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?”
Did you e-file? Did you click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?
Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”
Note: If it says “Ready to Mail” or “Printed” that means YOU have to mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.
I didn't file last year but I'm trying to get the one I did year before. I usually go to the document section to get it but it's not there.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

I don't have any account, this is the only account I have for years and I don't have it on my hard drive that why I'm on the website to download it.. Attached is an image of the message I get when I got to the documents section
If you used online TurboTax to prepare your return then it is stored in an online TurboTax account. If you used the CD/download then it is stored on your own hard drive or any back up device you used like a flash drive. If you think you stored a return in MY DOCS then contact customer support for help with this issue.

You need to start a 2023 online return for the menu to open up.
If you are looking in My Documents your return is not there. My Documents is for other items you upload to store, like store receipts and statements. Not your Turbo Tax returns.

How to Access prior year online returns
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/00/270...
If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2023 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2023.
If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online. So you need to make and keep your own backups.
Or request a transcript from the IRS
