I’m missing 118 dollars out of my federal tax return plus and additional amount of 360 from my federal taxes return as well that’s a total of 478 I want me my money.

What is Refund Processing Service?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

How much should your refund be on 1040 line 35a?  How much did the IRS send you?  How much was deposited in your bank account?  Sounds like your refund was $478 minus the 118 fees = 360 to be deposited.  

The $118 fees is $39 for federal and $39 for state PLUS the Extra $40 Refund Processing to have the fees deducted from your refund.

And.....is $360 the amount of your state refund?  Federal and state do not arrive together.
