This number is a lie! I have not spoken with a love person in over 2 weeks and still no card!! This will be my last year using turbotax!!

Are there any real **bleep**ing answers around here ? Y’all are Just giving the run around and no one can get ahold of anybody about the card that they never received

After this point, the system says they do not recognize my entry because I did not order a card, so I am only assuming that if you ordered a card, they should either give you an option to get a new one sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

They give you no option . They ask for the last 4 digits of the card number (that you do not know because you never received the card) them the automated message basically says it can’t help you because you do not have the full information then hangs up on you .
When you call the Turbo Prepaid customer service, please select the option your refund has been deposited to a card that is not yours. This will allow you to be connected to the fraud department, which will allow you to speak with a human.
You deserve a raise. Finally talked to someone and hopefully the new card will be here Monday from what the fraud department said .thank you

Please click the link below for assistance with your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

I can't get to the fraud option.. And so I mived my money to my vault just because I'm afraid someone else is going to be able to use it

I have money on my card and no access to it it has not been sent every time I call and get to where it will connect me to a person it just hangs up I have kids and bills I need my money
