I divorced in 2018. For 2017, I was MFJ. We received a state income tax refund. For my 2018 return, I need to claim this as income. How much do I claim, half? All of it?

If you lived in a community property state, you would each claim half of it. If you are not in a community property state you can do it however the two of you agree: 50% each, one of you claim it all, etc.

One additional comment, TurboTax asks for "Total Refund Received in 2018" so I can enter 50% of that. For the next question, "Total of all your payments and withholding", do I just eneter 50% of what is on our state tax form? Or do I enter the actual amount of State withholding from my W-2?

And FYI here's some general info. If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year. Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288574
