I completed my 2024 tax return in Turbo Tax. I have email confirmations and even my tax refund but I now need to download my return. Turbo Tax doesn't show anything

I login with the email that I have all the confirmations from but it is acting like I didn't file at all this year. I need to download my return. I tried calling and can't get a live person. Nothing is working....

To access your tax returns (current or prior year) you will sign into the TurboTax website with the user ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

As an alternative for current year return, when you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a State (You will not really be adding a state). 

This will take you back in to the 2024 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Find the Print Center and choose the year you want to print.  If you want your full return including worksheets, choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets.

When I login there are no options except to start my 2024 tax return. When I go to my intuit account and I look at documents there are no Comp completed 2024 return returns. It is as if I never completed my tax returns yet I have emails Confirming my completed tax return my payments and everything. It is as if my login is wrong though I’m using the same email address that I have for my 2024 receipts from this February

I did and I got an automated message that wouldn't direct me to a live person.

It is possible to have multiple accounts associated with your email address.  It's worth a shot to check and see if you may be logging in to the wrong account.

To see all the accounts associated with your email address, please follow the instructions in this TurboTax Help Article: How can I view all my TurboTax accounts?

1. Sign out of your account
2. Go to the Let's get you signed in page
3. Enter your email address
4. Choose email or phone to receive a code
5. Enter the code sent to your email or phone
6. You'll be shown a list of accounts associated with your email address

I took these steps. After putting in my email, and then putting in the code I received over text it ask me to create a new password. I skipped that and it took me to turbo tax and asked me to start a new return. 

No list of accounts.

It is asinine for Intuit to allow multiple accounts for the same unique identifier like an email address.

When you Sign In, since you've already filed, you should see a page like the screenshot below.  There's a link to download your return.  Scroll down and make sure you have 2024 selected under 'tax returns and documents'.
