After you file
It is possible to have multiple accounts associated with your email address. It's worth a shot to check and see if you may be logging in to the wrong account.
To see all the accounts associated with your email address, please follow the instructions in this TurboTax Help Article: How can I view all my TurboTax accounts?
- Sign out of your account
- Go to the Let's get you signed in page
- Enter your email address
- Choose email or phone to receive a code
- Enter the code sent to your email or phone
- You'll be shown a list of accounts associated with your email address
