Did you efile? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. And check your spam folder for them.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
If you efiled, In the PDF of your TurboTax return, the last page of the federal return should be an "electronic postmark" that shows your name, Social Security number, the date and time that you e-filed the return, and the date that the IRS accepted it.

Why is finding the email about your return important to you at this time? What are you trying to do?
When you e-file your return you will get two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say your return has been transmitted; the second one will tell you the IRS has accepted or rejected your federal e-file. If you filed a state return, there will be a third email (usually a day or two later) that tells you if the state e-file was accepted or rejected.
What does it say in your online account? Does it show that your 2023 return was accepted? Or does it say something else like "rejected", "printed", or "ready to mail?"
What is shown at the IRS? Does the IRS have a transcript of a 2023 return for you?

If the return was successfully e-filed, you can also look at the pdf of the return for the certification of electronic filing.
When you work on preparing your return one of the sections early in the software is MY INFO---that is where you enter your name, SSN, address, date of birth, etc.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2025 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
