I have my card.card says the money is on it.but when I use it it say incorrect pin.and it want run just credit either.all the web sites are blank.even when I try replying to a email.cant get help.

you cant talk to anyone and the option's don't help either at the customer care number. and the web site just show "blank page".

If you created a Turbo Visa Debit Card online account and have funds available but you’re unable to use your temporary card number for online purchases, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

If you received a Refund Advance last year, you’ll need to create a new account to see your Refund Advance funds for this year. You won’t see the funds if you log in with the account you made last year.

Same here. Turbo tax isn’t getting my business next year. I got the $1000 cash advance but can’t get the card to work. Says it’s activated but then when I try and use it says declined. I try and speak to someone on the phone and there is a 35 minute or longer wait to speak to someone who doesn’t speak english and can’t understand me. Then tell me technical issues with the card have to send a new one so now I have to wait even longer to get My money.

I filed last night and was sent an email to set up my account, signed up then was told my advance was sent so i went to access my account and it keeps telling me the info is not what they have on file, i called the customer service which is of no help can’t understand anyone and they tell me i have to wait for my card to access my account they can’t send me anything to reset my password or see my username even though i know it’s the correct info! I know you can only access the money to use online but it would be nice to get on there and use it to pay bills online!

Once you have created an account you should receive your advance within 48 hours on the temporary card from the time your return was accepted.

I've tried 5 times to activate my card. It sends me the verification code and when I enter it, it says it's invalid.

When I call that number I can not get anyone to come to the phone.  If you will please call me at [phone number removed]. I will really appreciate it. If you do call

No I already have a card to update that ends in 3706.Is this card still on file?
