After you file
I filed last night and was sent an email to set up my account, signed up then was told my advance was sent so i went to access my account and it keeps telling me the info is not what they have on file, i called the customer service which is of no help can’t understand anyone and they tell me i have to wait for my card to access my account they can’t send me anything to reset my password or see my username even though i know it’s the correct info! I know you can only access the money to use online but it would be nice to get on there and use it to pay bills online!
