We used the track refund tool from the IRS and it said my refund was deposited on 1/30/19. We called the IRS because we chose to have a check/prepaid card mailed to us and not a direct deposit.They said that they paid the money to TurboTax’s bank so they have it and will send a check from there to distribute funds to their customers. How do we get a hold of turbo tax to track the money now? All of their information on tracking refunds says to go through the IRS but we already did and they said it’s now in the TurboTax bank

So if you elected to have your funds deposited on a Prepaid Card, you will want to go here:
https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/
If you elected to have your funds sent via check, that is something the IRS will send you directly.
It sounds as if you may have elected for a Turbo Prepaid Card. The Turbo Prepaid Card is handled by GreenDot Bank. You can find their contact information here:
https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us
They may need an account number. This can be located on your 2018 return. Just look at the direct deposit section.
Contact them and let them know you haven't received your card. I hope this helps!
