Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #1 again, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

Check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

I am in the same predicament I am now on my second card ordered supposed to be here by yesterday and still nothing it's been over a week I had my deposit in my card and ni card to use my funds !!! I am furious and never will do my taxes with turbo tax again they are so unhelpful and useless at customer service and cant get me my money until I get my personalized card and activate it now can I activate it if I never get the **bleep** thing so unprofessional!!! I am a unemployed mother of 5 and in need of MY money mow!!! THEY SUCK

Try calling the green dot corp number. I did and put in all my info and then they said sorry this is the wrong number and transfers me to TurboTax card number and I was able to speak to human. I called the tenth day and told them I had not recieved it yet. They expedited me a new card within three days (it only took two). They charged me $15 for this which they will be receiving a phone call and demand to remove that charge! The kicker is my first card was placed in my mailbox that Saturday and it was soaking wet (neighbor found assuming... Which it did not work due to it being deactivated the previous Friday. Good luck and keep calling them!!! Lookup Greendot Corp.

If you download the app you can use the routing number and account number to pay for bills like a checking account.

hello intimidator please explain your last post a little further please as I am in the same boat as u. You mentioned downloading the app. But when I did it said that feature could only be used once I activate the card. Was that the case for u as well. Or did you have luck with that.

@Nsoldevila If it is past 10 business days, please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options. Or you can see the prompts below:

1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthdate.

Should have it in about 7-10 business days. The app “tracker” is not accurate. Wait until the 10th day as that was when I received mine. I jumped the gun and called and they expedited another card which I got in about three days.

It said a new card will be here in 7 days
