They recommended in there website to use Walmart. When I finally receive mines I will try Walmart.

Call customer service over phone I called fraud department of Wells Fargo and they verified and released all my funds
Walmart will only cash checks for amounts up to 1000.
I deposited the check through the ATM. Bank of America said they can’t call to verify anything it’s already in the system and that’s what the system does it’s getting funds.

I’m not sure what Walmart you went to but Walmart can cash up to 5,000
I cashed mine for $10 at Wells Fargo. Easy process. Less than 20 mins and I was out the door.
Walmart will only cash up to a certain amount. Be careful I read someone tried to cash it at Walmart and it was too high of an amount for them to cash. So the check became void after customer service verified it. Wells Fargo cashed mine for $10.

Update to my previous comment in this community. I signed up with USPS APP to get the “Informed Delivery” of mail coming to my house and it shows the check arriving today when I was told many many times that it was mailed on March 2,3,4,8 and so on. Well, here’s proof that this company lies to the very customers that keep this business running. After the complaint to local and California ATG’s offices, they actually mailed my check the day after my complaints. My complaint was also attached to and sent with others complaints to turbo tax and TPG. I think with the statements of the customer service rep who was embarrassed by his own company’s negligence, my truth gained some motivation to get to TPG. As y’all can see, it wasn’t mail until 3/18/22. I can also see that they never took their fees for processing my taxes and check. Hmmm?
Yesterday I called at 11 am and it rang busy for over 3 hours. I finally got through around 2 :15 pm and chose option 1 to receive a call back. They didn’t call back until 7:20 pm just to say “we’re sorry but our system is updating so please call back in 1 hour,” so I did just to sit in hold until they closed and never able to speak to a representative. Just because I’m getting my check today, doesn’t mean that I’m done with these people. They must be held accountable and I’ll be here to ensure they are. My refund was sent to you on February 1, 2022, and was scheduled to be direct deposited into my bank account on February 2, 2022. I noticed that my bank account is incorrect on my taxes. I reached out to Turbo Tax and was assigned case number is [phone number removed] as of 2/4/22 and told to reach out to TPG Via telephone [phone number removed]. I like so many other clients of Turbo Tax's remained on hold to speak with a TPG rep for 1 hour and 50 minutes only for them to tell me I needed to reach out to my bank to obtain the ACH rejection form which was submitted 3 times to TPG along with my bank managers contact details.
I reached out to TPG via Help submit a claim on 2/15/22, 2/25/22, and 3/1/22. TPG assigned Claim Request #610609, 21 days ago. I was told on the following dates that a check was mailed: 3/4, 3/5, 3/8, and 3/14. I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau Claim ID# 1029570 on 3/11/11. On 3/19/22 I spoke with Roli Sandoval Rep ID: 0131, who confirmed with his lead Juliana G. that my check was mailed from Chicago, IL on 3/9/22, and it still hasn't come and it's 3/22/22.
I was also told that on top of the Total bank fees = $39.00, Total other fees = $73.00, Total coming out of my Federal Taxes =$112.00 I was also charged a check fee of $30.00 for a Grand Total of $142.00. I am beyond upset with Turbo Tax for allowing this option on their account and knowingly allowing their clients to endure such unprofessionalism and all they say is you have to talk to TPG. It insulting for Turbo Tax to continue to point their clients to the website of https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/dashboard as if we are illiterate. I have read countless posts pertaining to the same issue at what point will Turbo Tax, step in and sit down with their vendor partner to ensure their integrity remains in tacked?
