Update to my previous comment in this community. I signed up with USPS APP to get the “Informed Delivery” of mail coming to my house and it shows the check arriving today when I was told many many times that it was mailed on March 2,3,4,8 and so on. Well, here’s proof that this company lies to the very customers that keep this business running. After the complaint to local and California ATG’s offices, they actually mailed my check the day after my complaints. My complaint was also attached to and sent with others complaints to turbo tax and TPG. I think with the statements of the customer service rep who was embarrassed by his own company’s negligence, my truth gained some motivation to get to TPG. As y’all can see, it wasn’t mail until 3/18/22. I can also see that they never took their fees for processing my taxes and check. Hmmm?
Yesterday I called at 11 am and it rang busy for over 3 hours. I finally got through around 2 :15 pm and chose option 1 to receive a call back. They didn’t call back until 7:20 pm just to say “we’re sorry but our system is updating so please call back in 1 hour,” so I did just to sit in hold until they closed and never able to speak to a representative. Just because I’m getting my check today, doesn’t mean that I’m done with these people. They must be held accountable and I’ll be here to ensure they are.
