How do you access your prior year tax questionnaire? I.e., not the prior year return which is relatively straight forward, but the questions and your responses?

Call in and ask. I think they should give you the Desktop download since you paid for the Online version but you probably need to get a support rep who knows they can give it to you.

The only way to see what you entered into a prior year online return, would be to download the .tax2021 file and install the 2021 Desktop program to open it. You can use this article on How to finish a prior year to download the .tax2021 file.

Thank VolvoGirl - but how do you get the desktop program if you paid for the web version? I'm hoping I don't have to pay again just because I took advantage of Turbotax's online version?

Thanks VolvoGirl - tried calling before and the bot couldn't identify my account (the same one I logged in with) so directed me back to the online bot which directed me to the Community! Oh well, will try again. Thanks for your time, timely response and help with this.
