How do i get my temp card info

Its SONDRA & unless you are taking EITC credit its OBVIOUSLY AN INTERNAL PROBLEM!!! BUT YOU WOULD ALREADY KNOW THAT, OF COURSE.

As long as you are not taking the EITC credit this year then its obviously am internal error at TT.

So SONDRA, how does repeating how to receive a temporary card fix an "obvious internal error"? I'm not here to go back and forth with you.  Your repetitive answer to a question that wasn't asked did aggravate me a little.  I was pointing out that we've seen your response. However,  it doesn't answer the question being asked.  We have a temporary card already.  The issue is the card isn't useable on any online site.

If you are asking in reference to the Refund Advance, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. Once your online account is set up, you will receive temporary card information that you can use to spend online. You should receive a physical card in the mail within 5-10 business days after the IRS accepts your return. The link below should assist you with any questions you may have about the Advance:

I’ve received an email saying my funds are available but no email about setting up an online account. Anyone else having this problem?

We already tried they are trying to say nothing is wrong this is a horrible experience

The email comes right after filing your taxes at least mine did
