I can look up how to view previous year returns, but its only saying 2017 and 2018 are available. When I logged into 2019 there are no ways obvious to me to access my 2019 tax return. I received the email saying my stimulus is on its way and I want to verify the account is going into. How can I do this when the FAQ attached to that email just says "go find that tax return" and it's supposed to be saved on TurboTax, but its not accessible to me. Can we not get an ounce of clarity and thorough explanation about where our checks are going? It's a pain that we are even being mistreated for using Turbo Tax to file. If the money goes to an incorrect or unexpected account how am I supposed to resolve that when I can't access my files that were promised to be saved for 7 years for me.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
