You would have to use two separate User ID's to purchase the TurboTax online edition more than once. If you have not e-filed a tax return using TurboTax using either User ID, then your two purchases would not prevent you from e-filing.

You will need to contact TurboTax support for any type of billing issue that requires a refund for a purchased TurboTax online edition.

Buying the program twice is not your issue ... if it says it is a duplicate filing then did you file one of those NonFiler returns to get the Stimulus check earlier this year ?
