Has anyone gotten back a response or their money after posting here? Or any number you can recommend to call?

Yes.  People get answers all the time.  Some from volunteers like me;  Some from employees of TurboTax. 

If you have a question, and you want to increase your likelihood of getting a quick answer, I suggest carefully composing your question so it is clear and easy to understand.  Include information regarding which form or line number or tax topic your question is about.  Include sufficient details (like numbers and amounts and what you may have already tried) so a complete stranger (like me) can understand your question, your situation and provide you help.

It also helps to provide the software level you are using and whether it is online or desktop.
