I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

@stephen8335 it took several calls for me before they even sent the letter. I waited 6 weeks for a letter with a code on it !!! Now they won't take my call to give them the code. @mindizzy I'm gonna try that first thing in the morning. @reneelacey12345 that is ridiculous I'm so sorry you have to do all that. Is there some paperwork you have to turn in or did they say they weren't able to verify you over the phone? Just curious because if it's paperwork they want copies of, I might as well make my appointment ASAP. @calihoe2016 straight through there teeth like it's nothing!!! OMG they got me stressed!!

So yesterday when I called the IRS lady told me that I had to verify and wait for the letter,  which has not been mailed yet. Today I called and spoke with a different lady and told her I needed to request they resend the letter.  And she said she has sent to me today so we will see.
