I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

I had no bars then once it was accepted by  the IRS i got 1 bar meaning of course it was accepted by the IRS from turbotax l on the 20th of January 2020 then while checking my wmr tonight the wmr line disappeared all together and all of a sudden today my accepted date on turbotax changed from accepted on January 20th to the 27th of Jan 2020

The IRS would be your best point of contact to know what that code means. Per the IRS website: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript-faqs it says:

Q13. Will ordering a transcript help me determine when I’ll get my refund?

No, a tax transcript won’t help you determine when you’ll get your refund. IRS transcripts are best and most often used to validate past income and tax filing status for mortgage, student and small business loan applications and to help with tax preparation.
