Have a DD date of feb 3 but sbgt bank still has no record of deposit. the day before?

First, which may be most relevant, the IRS has announced that it is experiencing an outage due to hardware failure.  This is not allowing anyone to submit e-filed returns and may cause minor delays.  The IRS still expects to issue 9 out of 10 refunds within 21 calendar days.  The earliest date would be 2/16/2016 (if accepted before 1/19/2016, the time frame starts once the IRS is officially open.  You will often receive your return before this.

If you were given a direct deposit date, the outage could be impacting that due to the extent services are out.  Please wait the 21 calendar days.  After that point, the IRS or SBTPG would be able to assist you.

TurboTax is not a bank, so we have to use a third-party to process these refunds.  If you pay out fees via credit or debit card, there is no need to use our affiliated banking product,

As originally stated. this is not an issue with TurboTax, our program only handles the preparation and filing.  If you use a bank service anywhere to pay fees (or receive a refund anticipation load), the same issues can occur.  In addition, the fees for those types of services, as well as the actual tax preparation, is significantly more expense.

Have you all received your refunds? I'm in the same boat, just a few weeks behind in my time line. I actually paid out of pocket for my services so my refund shouldn't have even gone to SBTPG, yet here we are. Please update! I have been so stressed since my "if not received by..." date came and went and I have no more info.

Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take approximately 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account. So once Santa Barbara Tax Products Group receives your refund from the IRS, they will take out the fee and send to your financial institution.

my DD was yesterday and I have received nothing

Did you ever get youre deposit? Mine was scheduled on the 30th today is the 30 10pm est. Still nothing, I'm concerned why hasn't it been deposited

@Papadoc46 Please keep your questions within the user forum.  Sorry---but TurboTax cannot track your stimulus check or tell you what the IRS did with it.
