E-file rejected due to AGI

My e-file taxes have been rejected twice due to the AGI portion, it says it is wrong but on my profile it tells me what my AGI was for last year, using that number it still says the information is wrong. How to I fix this?

The AGI on my 2020 1040 matches what is shown on Turbo Tax and I have never e-filed so I never had a PIN before the 2020 Filing. I have been rejected 6 times!

 How do I fix this?

Please check out this article about if your return has been rejected. 


Tip: Many returns are rejected because there was an issue with last year's AGI. Try entering "0" for your 2019 AGI and see if that fixes the problem.

When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in 0 (zero) for the AGI. And see,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.
How to mail a return from the Online version

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
