This thread issue has NOT BEEN SOLVED.
I am having the same problem, the information I entered on the "get my payment" website along with my Social Security number and banking information comes back with a comment that that " my information doesn't match". I have not filed my 2019 return yet. I have tried every which way and check everything, this is perplexing and upsetting.
Has anyone result the error message of your information does not match?
I have continue to get no match on get my payment.
I got the same error, I solved it by going to the IRS website and requested a free transcript of my 2018 tax return. The PDF I got from TurboTax did not match the IRS transcript. When I entered the transcript Information, it worked.
HELP! I JUST WENT ON IRS & downloaded the account transcript. I have not filed 2019 yet & my 2018 falls under the married -joint $150K. I had the correct info, but entered it again. I have typed address in all Caps, dashed in SSN. I was able to enter banking info & then got the "the information you have entered does not match our records." **** IN 2018 we applied refund to 2019 so there was no banking info needed.
This is very frustrating!! I really do not want to wait until the fall to get the $2400. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Your case is like mine. You have to enter 0 for Tax Refund.
Also enter your correct Adjusted Gross Income .
Then your banking info will or should go through.
Thank you very much, I'll try entering 0 instead of the applied refund #.
STAY TUNED.
thank you
After weeks of trying multiple times every day to get the system to recognize our AGI so we could get direct deposit info in and getting a "does not match," entering a "0" WORKED! ---Even though our 2018 return has already been processed, it was after Dec. 7 when we sent it in because we were in a disaster area. Thank you so much!
When you file after the regular season the IRS will not have the AGI for reference so you must use ZERO instead ... this is a standard situation when efiling.
Thank you so much!!! ZERO worked!
Have an AMAZING day!!
I continue to get no match on check my payment status. This is such a disgrace. Either Intuit messed up or IRS did. Not sure which at this point. There is no way to reach IRS and try to get this fixed! What the heck?

I have some problems. I have tried a lot of times. I didn’t file my 2019 tax return. I typed my 2018 tax return info on it. The info doesn’t match. Acutely I owned $24.00 for Federal tax, but seemed like IRS adjusted my amount. When I typed $0 as the owed amount, I submitted my bank account successfully. LET ME TELL YOU GUYS MY STORY. I mailed a check $24 to Federal in April, 2018 and Federal deposited my check in April, 2018 as well. I received a notice from Federal in May, 2018, and then I faxed my bank statement to federal to explain that they withdrew my check already. I found that my tax record from IRS, they adjusted amount that I owned. That’s why I tried to type $0 as my owed amount and my request was submitted. It’s my experience, maybe you guys can try it.
So, I found that my amount owed was $3 off on the 1040 form on turbo tax from my tax transcript from the irs. This fixed my issue and I was able to finally enter my direct deposit information. I'm not sure why the two didn't match.
FYI - I did the transcript for the IRS, and their information did NOT match what Turbo tax gave me.
Follow the instructions from the poster above about accessing your tax record, use that data from 2018 or 2019 (whichever applies). That fixed it for me.
I'm putting a call into TurboTax - something is up with their application from 2018 tax records.
