HELP! I JUST WENT ON IRS & downloaded the account transcript. I have not filed 2019 yet & my 2018 falls under the married -joint $150K. I had the correct info, but entered it again. I have typed address in all Caps, dashed in SSN. I was able to enter banking info & then got the "the information you have entered does not match our records." **** IN 2018 we applied refund to 2019 so there was no banking info needed.
This is very frustrating!! I really do not want to wait until the fall to get the $2400. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
