I have some problems. I have tried a lot of times. I didn’t file my 2019 tax return. I typed my 2018 tax return info on it. The info doesn’t match. Acutely I owned $24.00 for Federal tax, but seemed like IRS adjusted my amount. When I typed $0 as the owed amount, I submitted my bank account successfully. LET ME TELL YOU GUYS MY STORY. I mailed a check $24 to Federal in April, 2018 and Federal deposited my check in April, 2018 as well. I received a notice from Federal in May, 2018, and then I faxed my bank statement to federal to explain that they withdrew my check already. I found that my tax record from IRS, they adjusted amount that I owned. That’s why I tried to type $0 as my owed amount and my request was submitted. It’s my experience, maybe you guys can try it.
