This thread issue has NOT BEEN SOLVED.
I am having the same problem, the information I entered on the "get my payment" website along with my Social Security number and banking information comes back with a comment that that " my information doesn't match". I have not filed my 2019 return yet. I have tried every which way and check everything, this is perplexing and upsetting.
Has anyone result the error message of your information does not match?
