FYI - I did the transcript for the IRS, and their information did NOT match what Turbo tax gave me.
Follow the instructions from the poster above about accessing your tax record, use that data from 2018 or 2019 (whichever applies). That fixed it for me.
I'm putting a call into TurboTax - something is up with their application from 2018 tax records.
