At the end of filing taxes, I accepted the $50 Credit Karma Money offer where "If you are filing your taxes via TurboTax and expect to have a tax refund, you can earn a $50 bonus when you direct deposit your tax refund and a paycheck with Credit Karma Money".
I accepted this offer April 5th, have since had my refund deposited April 12th to Credit Karma Money through Turbo Tax, and have had 3 additional direct deposits to Credit Karma Money. However, there is no $50 bonus on the account. Furthermore, Credit Karma support responded with "Thank you for contacting Credit Karma. I understand you need assistance with the $50 credit TurboTax offer. You may consider to ask some help from the experts at TurboTax. Please visit turbotax for assistance."
How am I supposed to get the $50, and where is it?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
According to the TurboTax expert in a similar thread (linked below), the $50 apparently comes as a separate bonus payment. See the answer by TurboTax Expert @ LenaH in this other thread at the link below, where she mentions a date of "May 10." I don't know why that is a magical date, but I don't work for TurboTax. If you have additional questions about it, ask in that thread, or it's possible a TurboTax Expert may see your question here in this thread during the day.

Thank you so much for linking that thread. I guess I'll keep that creditkarma account open and wait for that date. Thanks again!
You're welcome. Good luck.
Update: It's well past May 10th and no deposit.

EDITED with additional info May 17, 2021 at 5:10 PM

Another user posted in another thread that their expected payment date is June 11 for them. But their offer and that June 11 date was for folks who filed April 16 or later. It's likely that those who filed prior to April 16 had a May 10 expected payment date for the $50.
The user posted the terms in the other thread at this link:
Also see the new answer I just posted in that thread. That user described 3 conditions at least for his offer:
On his particular offer it looks like one needs to have opened the Money Spend account, and to deposit the tax refund to it, AND set up a "Qualifying Direct Deposit. The user in that thread defines the types of deposits that are considered "Qualifying Direct Deposit."
For more info you may have to contact Credit Karma Money Spend support. I don't have the info handy to know how to contact them. Here's how to contact TurboTax Support, but they may tell you to contact Credit Karma Money Spend support, since I believe it's a Credit Karma offer.

This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to Credit Karma Support or TurboTax Support. Are you commenting in regard to the electronic deposit requirement to a Money Spend account as part of the $50 bonus offer from Credit Karma? It doesn't have to be a paycheck (salary). That's only one type of deposit the official terms mention. Did the complete offer terms you saw say that one of the following is a "qualifying direct deposit?" Another user posted this sentence:
"A Qualifying Direct Deposit is one electronic deposit of a regular periodic payment (such as salary, pension, Government Benefits, or other monthly income) made into your Credit Karma Money Spend account."
That user posted the rest of the terms in his comment at the link below.
NOTE: The following terms are for the offer for those who filed April 16-May 17 and have to have a qualifying electronic deposit by June 10.
Folks who filed prior to April 16 likely had different dates in the terms and a different deadline for the qualifying electronic deposit (likely May 10). (I don't have a link for it.)
I still haven't received my offer. What's up with that? I did all that is required.

You'll likely need to contact the Support folks at your Credit Karma MoneySpend account to find out what happened. The Credit Karma website likely has a Contact Us method, or there may be a phone number on the back of your Credit Karma MoneySpend Card.
If you want to speak to TurboTax Support, here's how, but they may tell you to phone Credit Karma MoneySpend Support..
