EDITED with additional info May 17, 2021 at 5:10 PM

Another user posted in another thread that their expected payment date is June 11 for them. But their offer and that June 11 date was for folks who filed April 16 or later. It's likely that those who filed prior to April 16 had a May 10 expected payment date for the $50.
The user posted the terms in the other thread at this link:
Also see the new answer I just posted in that thread. That user described 3 conditions at least for his offer:
On his particular offer it looks like one needs to have opened the Money Spend account, and to deposit the tax refund to it, AND set up a "Qualifying Direct Deposit. The user in that thread defines the types of deposits that are considered "Qualifying Direct Deposit."
For more info you may have to contact Credit Karma Money Spend support. I don't have the info handy to know how to contact them. Here's how to contact TurboTax Support, but they may tell you to contact Credit Karma Money Spend support, since I believe it's a Credit Karma offer.
TurboTax Suport hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
