At the end of filing taxes, I accepted the $50 Credit Karma Money offer where "If you are filing your taxes via TurboTax and expect to have a tax refund, you can earn a $50 bonus when you direct deposit your tax refund and a paycheck with Credit Karma Money".
I accepted this offer April 5th, have since had my refund deposited April 12th to Credit Karma Money through Turbo Tax, and have had 3 additional direct deposits to Credit Karma Money. However, there is no $50 bonus on the account. Furthermore, Credit Karma support responded with "Thank you for contacting Credit Karma. I understand you need assistance with the $50 credit TurboTax offer. You may consider to ask some help from the experts at TurboTax. Please visit turbotax for assistance."
How am I supposed to get the $50, and where is it?
