Hello,
I have tried everything to correct this error and nothing is working. I have logged into the IRS and checked our AGI and it is the same as what TurboTax has. Last year was the first time we tried to e-file and had a similar problem only to discover the IRS had not processed the previous year's return. That problem has now been fixed and everything looks okay on their end. What am I missing?? This is the last error message for the last time I tried to submit:
IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.
If I can't e-file, how do I get a refund for the $20 that I paid for filing our state taxes??
Thank you for any help!
Maryln
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file again.
Thank you for the suggestion! Just tried it and got the same rejection!

Then you will have to print and mail your tax returns since the e-filed return is being rejected by the IRS.

You will need to contact TurboTax support for a refund of the state e-file fee paid when using the TurboTax desktop editions.
