See the instructions in the Turbo Tax FAQ regarding how to access your previous years' tax returns!

You can request a transcript or a copy of your return on the IRS Get Transcript site, in which you would not have to pay. Keep in mind you will need to create an account with the IRS, which is free to do!

You can also get a copy of your return by doing the following;

• Order a free tax return transcript online or by mail from the IRS that has a lot (but not all) of the information from the return. Some people may not be able to do this.
• Pay the IRS $50 for an exact copy of your return

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

I signed on this time thru Intuit.  I have been using Turbotax for many years.  My previous tax returns do not show up, and my information is not populating from 2018?  Why?

The current tax year being reported in 2019.  Did you not e-file your tax return?  If you e-filed the federal tax return there is no requirement to mail anything to the IRS unless specifically required and you would have been notified by TurboTax.

@cavins1749 2010?  It is too late to file a return for 2010 using TurboTax.  The software for  2010 is not available; even if you could find it on eBay, etc, you cannot get updates or support for 2010.  Why do you want to file a 2010 return?
