Yes. Or if they sent the withholding to Iowa you will need to file an Iowa return to get the withholding back. Or if there is no state withholding taken out leave all boxes 15-17 Blank.

My son is elgible for DTC and he can correct by going back to past 10 years. He is 20 now and has been living in QC,Canada. What are the benefits we are elegible on Quebec side for the past 10 years
