why am i being billed for a 2nd time when torbotax experts screwed up my taxes in the first place.
I HAD TO WORK WITH SOMEONE BECAUSE NO ONE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON WHEN FILING MY TAXES!
WE FINALLY FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN I FILED THE FIRST TIME! HOW THE ( ) DO I TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS?????? TURBOTAX GOT MESSED UP BY THEIR EXPERTS FOR BOTH 2020 AND 2019. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GUARONTEED TO DO IT CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME CORRECT. IF THEIR EXPERTS MESS UP AND !!! ((( DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW THE TAX SYSTEM WORKS ))) !!!! THEN THEIR GUARANTEE SHOULD FIX IT CORRECT
