This is a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. As fellow users, we won't know what you mean about being billed twice. We can make some guesses, but nothing specific. You can talk to TurboTax Support for anything specific, and if you were incorrectly billed, they should be able to resolve the situation. This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info here.
Here are a couple of possibilities that may or may not apply to you:
- Did you choose to pay fees out of your Federal refund, and has your refund been delayed? If so, is TurboTax asking you to go ahead and pay, or else they will auto-debit your account? - Or did you prepare an amended return and upgraded to a higher edition, and it's charging you for the difference?
- Or is it something else?
