Ask the bank. The bank usually won’t deposit it if your name isn’t on the account. They probably sent it back to the IRS. Then they will mail a check to the address on your return.

The IRS does not have a rule that forbids it. So as long as your bank will allow it you're fine.

I can't answer that question. Again, unless the bank has some kind of policy that prevents direct deposits from being placed into an account when the names do not match, you won't have an issue.

Right the bank won’t know about it. If your name isn’t on your mom’s bank account then the bank rejected it and sent it back to the IRS. Then the IRS will mail you a check. Might take a while.
