I don’t want my bank account being debited 120.00. I elected for the fees to be taken out of my federal return and they haven’t came yet …could you please not debit my bank account
Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.
I am also STILL waiting on my refund.
I got a notice in TT-SelfEmployed software locking me out of the invoicing program until I pay full price for the program. I had to start a monthly auto-bill or not work.
The cost of the TT-SelfEmployed for a full year is included in the fees that will come out of my refund.
Now I am getting billed TWICE. Once for TT-SelfEmployed monthly, and AGAIN for the same thing out of my return when it arrives.
I think the answer was clearly stated. If we have to wait, TT has to wait.
I have a business to run as well and TT locked me out of it until I paid for something I have already paid for. Now they want me to pay early because it is inconvenient for them.
Many of us are still paying off things like funeral expenses, total loss of income and unemployment, and it is considerably "inconvenient" for us.
This is when business needs to stop and reflect reality, not profiteer from it.

I had the same issue, I have tried every number/email to contact someone at Turbo Tax to try and delay the debit out of my account and I haven't reached anyone at this point for help with the "Debit Reminder" that they will be taking out and I'm upset as well since I'm single and a mortgage payment due . . . not they they care! I've been waiting 105 days for my tax refund (15 weeks!!) and no one answers on every number I've called to the IRS or their website; "Where's My Refund" sucks because it only says "still in process", you call the number and it says the same thing. When I finally talked to someone in the IRS, after being on hold for 90 minutes, they told me if I didn't receive it in two weeks (which was this past Friday) to call back and that was their answer . . . well that did no good today!!! So for the money we pay/owe Turbotax . . . why don't they help us find out where our refund is . . . I don't want to here "Pandemic" anymore!!! I efiled and I know people that mailed their return USPS and has their refund already! I will have to rethink who I use next year as well!!

Nothing is working and when I all [phone number removed] ( times so far), it ask for a Support ID which I have no idea what that is! I keep asking for Customer Svc and I get nowhere. How are people that need help supposed to get an answer and talk to someone direct??
My mortgage is more important and Turbotax wants their money and I can't even get my refund!
Supposedly today is the last day to call and I can't even get in touch with anyone!

This is frustrating! I called the number shown and the outgoing message is asking for an ID (I gave the case number because that's all I had) and I had only 3 choices - Refund / Stimulus or something else. I tried Refund and Something else and nothing. I also started a chat and waited over 30 minutes and nothing. This is very, very frustrating.
Turbotax wants their money but I want my money from the IRS as well (getting nowhere with the IRS either!), I got the higher TurboTax so I would have help but I'm getting nothing but yet they are going to Auto-Debit my account when I don't have enough to even pay my mortgage! I planned everything around getting my refund, at least!!, within the 6 weeks knowing I have friends/relatives that filed "after" me or "mailed" their returns with the USPS or UPS and have received their refund. The IRS doesn't even answer their phone and one time on hold for 90 minutes, all I got was "If you don't receive it in 2 weeks, call back" from her; now I can't get anyone!!
I have a payment set to come out june 6 but I really need that for june15
