"Amend using TurboTax Online" button not doing anything. Trying to amend federal 2023 return which was through TurboTax and the button to do it online won't redirect

The Desktop product option is requiring me to upload all my state returns too which costs $45 a pop to download for some reason but I just need to amend the federal one so trying to do Online option instead. Anyone have experience with the button not redirecting or anything? Do I need to clear cache or something
