I believe the reviews to which you are referring actually come from in-program responses to surveys after the customers have filed their returns.
During the final few screens watch for a survey, or solicitation of your opinion, after you have completed and filed your return.
I Do not know what I would have done if it had not been for the person who answered my car while I was doing my taxes he was patient he stayed with me until I completed my taxes I am an elderly person who has used Tirbo Tax for years I really appreciated his patience ,his knowledgeAnd expertise I will continue to use TurboTax every year when I get this kind of service I paid $140 and it was well worth every penny please acknowledge this person if you can OK I’m up to my taxes our names are [PII Removed]know how much we appreciate it thank you so much
I didn't get to do the survey after filing my taxes because they never provided one, and I try to write a review just to find out I can't. This company is **bleep** and wastes time and money. Every other country does their taxes for citizens but Turbotax gets to funnel money to the government to stay in business. F that. This company is dog**bleep** and deserves to burn to the ground. I'm sick of all the useless questions they ask and forcing me to fill out a form I didn't need to.
I would like to write a review on how your online services would not let me move down to a lower service. Then it automatically processed my card. Submitted for a refund to go to the lower one, when i did not even use any of the functions. You guys just lost a loyal 5 year customer and I will go out of my way to tell people to not use you.
We at Intuit TurboTax want our users to be completely delighted with their experience using our products and services, and successful in their financial lives and businesses.
Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience. We encourage you to leave your notes and comments there. “Voice of the Customer” notes and comments are read and acted upon.

I've been using for 3 years, this is the first time that happened, I wont be using anymore

I prepared my own taxes through Turbo Tax. I agreed to have the fees taking from my refund. Normally they will take the fees from your Federal tax refund. However I received my state taxes back first. Turbo Tax took the fees from state which was fine. Later I received my Federal taxes back. The charged me again. I called to get this resolved and was offered a partial refund back. How you going to make and error and offer me partial reimbursement?
I used Turbo Tax for years, I will not use this company again as I have no trust in them, and feel they stole from me, and nothing Im able to do about this.
They have lost my business and if you do continue to do business with them, please be aware of those aggressive actions they take.
