I am having the same issue on our returns. Is the consensus that we have to manually file by mail?
That would depend. When you submit your return, what error are you receiving exactly?
I am having the same issue and tried both 2019 AGI and 0. My 2019 return was just processed last month and my advocate said to enter 0 if filing before March 1 and AGI after March 1. My account at the IRS says March 15 for electronic filing. Should I wait until March 15 and try again?
I don't know how to correct my 2020 return?
It keeps referring to a return that was filed two weeks ago and I did not file anything two weeks ago.
How do I get help on how I am to correct my return from being rejected???
I would like to talk to someone about my rejected return, is that possible ??
Is there any way I can talk to someone??
@hollandwalland You may check your e-file status to confirm the date of filing; you may do so by using this tool. If your return was rejected, the following FAQ outlines steps for fixing it: Fixing a rejected return. Now if your issue is regarding the OP's topic surrounding AGI discrepancies, please see the 2 FAQ's below:
Yes; you may contact Turbo tax support via phone; contact details can be found here.
I was told I could get expert advice, HOW ?
You keep saying to enter 0 in my 2019 return and I do not know how, my 2019 return was filled out by someone else.
Will someone help me to correct my 2020 return, PLEASE.

This information is not mine, I did not contact turbotax two weeks ago, I do not even know this person.
my name is leonard i filed my taxes but the IRS rejected my income tax something about 2019 pin. so, i need help trying fixed the probelm
If it was rejected due to your Self-select Pin not matching the IRS records from last year, you can try using your 2019 AGI to file instead. Please let us know if this helps.
